Top Tier Evidence Initiative
This is the website for a new Coalition initiative, which Congress is reviewing, to identify social programs meeting “Top Tier” evidence of effectiveness. Results thus far focus on programs for children and youth ages 0-18.
Evidence Based Policy Help Desk
The Coalition established this website in consultation with the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Its purpose is to provide OMB and the federal agencies – and the researchers and program providers they fund – with practical, easy-to-use resources for developing and using rigorous evidence to improve program performance.
